JASCO|Fluorescence Detector
The FP-4020 and FP-4025 fluorescence detectors have been designed for the pursuit of extreme sensitivity. A complete redesign of the optics and electronics, as well as removing the effects temperature fluctuation with a new temperature regulated cell body has led to the highest sensitivity with stable detection.
JASCO|PDA Detector
The LC-4000 Series includes three PDA detectors. The MD-4017 is a simple replacement for a single wavelength detector, the MD-4015 is the workhorse for UV-Visible detection in the range 200 to 650 nm and the MD-4010 has a wide wavelength range.
The MD-4015 PDA detector is similar to the MD-4010 with equivalent sensitivity, covering the wavelength range from 200nm to 650nm using a 512 element PDA for 1 nm resolution, and with high speed 100Hz spectral acquisition.

JASCO|Rapid High Performance Liquid Chromatography, RHPLC
The LC-4000 Series RHPLC system with maximum operating pressure, 70MPa) has been designed to future-proof your HPLC requirements. The system can be used with conventional 3 – 5 μm particle size analytical columns at typical lower pressures around 10 to 20 MPa (1500 to 3000 psi) and can also be used with smaller particles such as shorter length UHPLC columns and superficially porous (SPP) or Coreshell that require slightly higher pressure solvent delivery to provide optimum linear velocity through the column.
JASCO|Semi-micro HPLC Pump(Binary)║PU-4185
Each base unit has two expansion bays that allow an isocratic pump to be transformed into a binary or quaternary gradient solvent delivery system with internal degasser, mixer and optional solvent selection for method development.
JASCO|Autosampler║AS-4150
The AS-4150 is high-capacity, high performance autosampler designed for RHPLC (up to 70MPa) with a minimum injection cycle-time of only 30 seconds.
JASCO|Confocal Raman Imaging Microscope║NRS-5500
The NRS-5000 is a research-grade confocal Raman microscope with an f300 spectrograph that combines the flexibility of multiple detectors and multiple laser sources to quickly change between measurement modes for fast data acquisition to reduce experimental time.
JASCO|Circular Dichroism spectrometer║J-1500
The J-1500 allows for the maximum flexibility to upgrade your CD system with different measurement techniques. While the standard measurement modes are CD, LD, and absorbance, up to four simultaneous modes can be measured when combined with a wide range of sampling accessories.
These accessories can measure a variety of samples, from liquids to films to solid-states. Temperature control systems can be coupled with multi-position cells to run thermal melts, providing researchers with CD and thermodynamic data sets for conformational and folding studies. Automated high-throughput CD can obtain measurements on up to 192 samples without user intervention, saving both time and money. Kinetic and protein dynamics studies can be performed with our dedicated stopped-flow systems that can measure both CD and fluorescence.
The wavelength range has also been significantly extended, allowing measurements to be obtained in both the vacuum-UV and NIR spectral regions using the standard PMT detector (163 – 950 nm) and an optional InGaAs detector (up to 1600 nm). Additional features now allow researchers to optimize their parameter specifications in order to obtain data with the highest resolution and S/N performance for a specific application set.

The IRT-5100 is a general purpose FTIR microscope with a standard DLATGS detector (liquid N2 cooling not required), it can also be fitted with a second MCT detector. An optional automatic XYZ stage with autofocus is used for mapping analysis and imaging.
