AS-ONE｜Standard Type Stirrer
Feature :
- Free clamp mechanism: This mechanism allows you to position device easily by adjusting angle of main unit.
- Motor operation chunk cover: If you open chunk cover, motor stops automatically to prevent entanglement accidents.
- Speed feedback system adjusts motor operation to any load changes that occur during stirring process and maintains set rotation frequency.
- In addition to current limit circuit, device keeps operator safe by stopping motor automatically whenever chuck cover is opened.
- Forward and reverse operation function enables you to change direction of operation in one step even during stirring process.
- Volume control system with switch turning device on or off, sets rotation frequency, and is easy to operate.
- Control mechanism is equipped with hand-tightened chuck that does not require chuck handle. Motor lock mechanism interlocked with chuck cover allows you to operate device with one hand.
- Stirring shaft is held by collect, ensuring firm support and reducing runout. It can rotate in forward or reverse direction. (Optional collet also allows you to modify diameter of stirring shaft.)
