Feature :
- 77% power consumption reduction compare with previous model (NCC-1120) and reduce CO2 emission.
- Heater and refrigerator can provide high accuracy of temperature between -10 ~ 80℃. NCC-3100 series use water cooling refrigerator, so it can be used at aseptic room and high temperature environment.
- Temperature control for electron microscope, light source and cuvette of spectrophotometer, exposure (Mask Aligner) and packaging equipment for semiconductor.
- 61% space reduction compare with previous model (NCC-1420A)
- Pure water can be used in model C and D for aseptic room and semiconductor equipment.
- Complies with RoHS directives.
