PPV series accommodates 4 reaction vessels, each with its own temperature control. It enables to study new reaction to develop new catalyst, carry out sample and building block synthesis and polymerization reaction experiments.
It provides small reaction scale of 150mL suitable for small volume samples like medicine, catalyst, and new material development. New functions like gradient temperature control and LED light for process observation are provided as standard.

Developed as a system with 5 independent reactors, each with its own temperature control, the system is time saving and efficient. The relatively large vessel size is developed for users that work with large amounts of sample volume and it is ideal for development, verification experiments, optimization and also for large volume intermediate synthesis. Refluxing, gas purging, heating, cooling, and stirring functions are all equipped as standard.

The React Master DDS-2000A is equipped with reaction calorimetry function and suitable for risk evaluation during scale up process. Jacket type reaction bath, inner temp. sensor, and impeller stirrer are incorporated in the unit and scale up experiment is feasible under same condition with actual production site.
