The LC-4000 UHPLC System is great for chromatographers who need to run a large number of samples or get results quickly. Pioneering column technology continues to push particle sizes ever smaller. The LC-4000-130 UHPLC (130MPa – 20,000 psi) is designed to take advantage of the separation efficiency of the very small particles coupled with longer and narrower columns. The LC-4000-130 system incorporates many of the same features as the 70 MPa system, but with materials designed to withstand even higher pressures.

  • Detector

Japan JASCO has more than 50 years of optical technology. A variety of optical detectors can be configured, such as ultraviolet light detector (UV), refractive index detector (RI), fluorescence detector (FP), photometric diode array detector (PDA), optical rotation detector (OR), and circular dichroism detector (CD).

  • Autosampler

Pre-LOAD function, low carryover effect, automatic dilution, and derivatization make the analysis simple. The optional sample temperature control accessories are available to protect the sample from deterioration.

  • HPLC pump

The Ultra-high pressure pump system can be configured with a degassing device and a 2-channel high-pressure gradient device.

  • Column oven

Good temperature control and configurable flow path switching valve make the analysis more efficient and stability

  • Control analysis system (ChromNAV and LC-Net II/ADC)

The control system allows the experimental parameters and data to be fully recorded to ensure data integrity and Comply with U.S. FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
