Fluorescence Quantum Yield measurements provide information about the efficiency of a molecule’s fluorescence. Fluorescence quantum yield is measured using an integrating sphere to ensure that all sample fluorescence is collected.

  • 60 mm Integrating Sphere for quantum efficiency and color evaluation measurements of opaque solid or powder samples.
  • 120 mm Integrating Sphere for quantum efficiency measurements of liquids or thin membrane samples on a transparent substrate as well as opaque solid or powder samples.
  • Liquid N2 Cooled 120 mm Integrating Sphere for cooling samples with liquid nitrogen for fluorescence quantum yield and phosphorescence lifetime measurements. It can also be used at ambient temperatures without liquid nitrogen.
