JASCO|Infrared Microscope║All Series

FTIR microscopy has generally been reserved for measuring specified samples such as small contaminants on polymer films or micro samples transferred to infrared transparent windows. The innovative IRT-5000/7000 Series FTIR Microscopes provide new functions that dramatically improve infrared micro-spectroscopy analyses. These FTIR microscope systems are used together with the FT/IR-4X and FT/IR-6X Series spectrometers, offering the most advanced microscopy and imaging systems.
Coupling JASCO’s proven technology for infrared spectroscopy with the most advanced optical design, the IRT-5000/7000 Series offers an ideal solution for the most challenging sample analyses.

JASCO|UV-Visible/NIR Spectrophotometer║All Series

The V-700 Series comprises five distinct models covering the entire spectrum from the far-UV (187 nm) to the near-IR( 3200 nm). The compact optical design of the V-700 Series UV-Visible spectrophotometers significantly reduces the requirement for bench space in the modern laboratory. For scientists performing spectral characterization, thermodynamic studies, and quantitative measurements for advanced bio- and materials research, who need confidence in the accuracy and reproducibility of their measurements and rely on the results.

JASCO|60 mm Integrating Sphere for V-700

Integrating spheres measure either the diffuse transmittance or reflectance of a liquid, solid or powder samples. Typically UV-Visible or UV-Visible/NIR spectrophotometers are used to measure the transmittance of a homogeneous, transparent liquid or solid sample. However, when the light is diffusely scattered by samples such as suspended liquid, opaque solid or powders only a small portion of the light reaches the detector. An integrating sphere captures most of the light from the sample offering a more representative measurement of the sample.

JASCO|Digital Polarimeter Sippers for P-2000

The sipper offers quick and easy measurements of multiple samples.

JASCO|ATR Accessories

An ATR accessory is one of the most practical choices for sample measurement. In most cases there is very little requirement for sample preparation. The ATR Pro One and ATR Pro One View are the ‘signature’ single reflection monolithic diamond models with wide spectral range and high optical throughput.

JASCO|Integrating Spheres for FP-8050

Fluorescence Quantum Yield measurements provide information about the efficiency of a molecule’s fluorescence. Fluorescence quantum yield is measured using an integrating sphere to ensure that all sample fluorescence is collected.

JASCO|Refractive Index Detector

The RI-4030 refractive index detectors include an optical system mounted in a precise temperature-regulated housing to eliminate the influence of changes in ambient temperature. Both detectors are fully stable just one hour after powering on.

JASCO|Fluorescence Detector

The FP-4020 and FP-4025 fluorescence detectors have been designed for the pursuit of extreme sensitivity. A complete redesign of the optics and electronics, as well as removing the effects temperature fluctuation with a new temperature regulated cell body has led to the highest sensitivity with stable detection.

JASCO|PDA Detector

The LC-4000 Series includes three PDA detectors. The MD-4017 is a simple replacement for a single wavelength detector, the MD-4015 is the workhorse for UV-Visible detection in the range 200 to 650 nm and the MD-4010 has a wide wavelength range.
The MD-4010 PDA detector has high sensitivity, comparable to a single wavelength detector. It uses a 1024 element photometric diode array, with measurement wavelength range from 190nm to 900nm and resolution of 1 nm. Fast spectral acquisition rate of up to 100 spectra/sec. The temperature controlled SP type semi-micro flow cell is used narrow peaks typically found with fast UHPLC or RHPLC separations. An integrated mercury lamp is used for automatic wavelength calibration and validation.

JASCO|Supercritical Fluid Chromatography, SFC

The use of supercritical fluid chromatography is a green alternative to traditional HPLC, with the use of CO2 taking the place of organic solvent as the mobile phase. CO2 has benefits for cost, and health & safety, as well as faster, cleaner sample recovery during sample purification. Other advantages of supercritical fluids include low viscosity with liquid-like densities, for higher solubility and increased column loading. The low viscosity and high diffusion lead to faster separations and faster extractions.

JASCO|HPLC Pump║PU-4180

Each base unit has two expansion bays that allow an isocratic pump to be transformed into a binary or quaternary gradient solvent delivery system with internal degasser, mixer and optional solvent selection for method development.
