JASCO|Spectrofluorometer
The FP-8350 is an extremely sensitive spectrofluorometer that can be used in the broadest range of applications: biological, environmental, teaching labs, and core facilities. Many features make this a simple-to-use instrument; automatic cut-off filters (included as standard) eliminate peaks due to second-order scatter, giving more confidence in artifact-free spectral measurement.
JASCO|UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
The V-750 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer optical design uses precision double-beam optics with variable spectral bandwidth. A high sensitivity PMT detector provides accurate and reproducible measurements for low to high concentration samples. For high resolution measurements, such as gas and vapor phase spectroscopy, the spectral bandwidth can be set as narrow as 0.1 nm. Special low stray light slit settings which optimize the light image on the monochromator provide increased linearity to up to 5 absorbance units. With a comprehensive range of sampling accessories, the V-750 uv-visible spectrophotometer is well suited to measurement of solid and liquid samples in the UV and visible regions, with temperature control for biological samples and a number of transmittance and reflectance accessories for materials analysis.
JASCO|Column Ovens
For simple requirements the stackable CO-4061 can be used with column lengths up to 200 mm (or up to 300 mm with an optional extension).
JASCO|PDA Detector
The LC-4000 Series includes three PDA detectors. The MD-4017 is a simple replacement for a single wavelength detector, the MD-4015 is the workhorse for UV-Visible detection in the range 200 to 650 nm and the MD-4010 has a wide wavelength range.
The MD-4017 uses a CMOS detector covering the UV region from 200-400 nm; with 1nm resolution and up to 20 Hz spectrum acquisition; useful for peak widths as small as 1 – 2 seconds.

JASCO|Ultra-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, UHPLC
The LC-4000 UHPLC System is great for chromatographers who need to run a large number of samples or get results quickly. Pioneering column technology continues to push particle sizes ever smaller. The LC-4000-130 UHPLC (130MPa – 20,000 psi) is designed to take advantage of the separation efficiency of the very small particles coupled with longer and narrower columns. The LC-4000-130 system incorporates many of the same features as the 70 MPa system, but with materials designed to withstand even higher pressures.
JASCO|UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
The V-760 UV-Visible spectrophotometer includes a double monochromator for exceptional resolution with extremely low stray light (0.00008 %) for more accurate measurement over the widest photometric range (up to 8AU). The V-760 provides excellent sensitivity for diffuse reflectance or transmittance of solid and liquid samples using an integrating sphere. For high resolution measurements, such as gas and vapor phase spectroscopy, the spectral bandwidth can be set as narrow as 0.1 nm. Extended photometric linearity up to 8 Abs enables measurement of highly absorbing samples and is also useful for measurements of optical material with transmission characteristics that approach 0 %T.

Each base unit has two expansion bays that allow an isocratic pump to be transformed into a binary or quaternary gradient solvent delivery system with internal degasser, mixer and optional solvent selection for method development.

The AS-4250 is high-capacity, high performance autosampler designed for UHPLC (up to 130 MPa) with a minimum injection cycle-time of only 30 seconds.

JASCO|Circular Dichroism Spectropolarimeter║J-1700
The J-1700 was specifically designed for more demanding near-infrared CD applications. In addition to the enhanced far-UV capabilities, researchers probing the chiral activity of molecules in the NIR spectral region now have the ability to obtain data at wavelengths up to 2500 nm. The InGaAs detector has a wavelength range from 900-2500 nm, while the PMT ranges from 163-960 nm. The automatic detector interchange allows researchers to obtain both far-UV and NIR measurements without having to manually switch detectors. The addition of a grating monochromator to the double-prism monochromator setup provides low stray light and high light intensity, generating CD signals with high S/N performance throughout a large spectral range.
JASCO|Infrared Microscope║IRT-5200
The IRT-5200 FTIR microscope includes a mid-band MCT detector (up to two detectors can be installed). IQ Mapping allows transmission/reflectance and ATR mapping experiments without moving the sample stage. An optional automatic XYZ stage provides auto-focus and mapping or imaging analysis of larger sample areas.
JASCO|ATR Accessories
An ATR accessory is one of the most practical choices for sample measurement. In most cases there is very little requirement for sample preparation. The ATR PRO670H-S is a temperature-controlled single-reflection ATR. The operating temperature is 120, 150, and 180 °C。for ZnSe,Ge and Diamond prism, respectively.
