JASCO|Bio-inert Autosampler║AS-4050i
The AS-4050i is a 60 sample autosampler (bioinert) for use with conventional HPLC with options for analytical and semi-preparative injection volumes.
JASCO|UV / Vis Detector║UV-4075
The UV-4075 (190 – 700 nm) UV-visible HPLC detector uses an advanced Czerny-Turner monochromator with dual wavelength and scanning functions. Baseline change due to refractive index is minimized by the flow cell design, and fluctuation from changes in environmental and lamp temperature are reduced with a regulated lamp housing and temperature controlled cell.
JASCO|Confocal Raman Imaging Microscope║NRS-4500
The NRS-4500 Series is a purpose designed Confocal Raman Microscope with a wide functionality to make setup fast and easy. When changing lasers the selection and alignment of the laser, rejection filter and grating are fully automated. The laser spot is observed on all models including 1064nm ensuring that the sample being viewed in actually being measured. Sample identification, imaging analysis and identification can all be done in real time, speeding up the process of preparing the sample to seeing the results.
JASCO|In-Compartment FTIR Microscope║IRT-1000
The IRT-1000 is a compact and easy to use in-compartment FTIR microscope that can be used with any FT/IR-4X or FT/IR-6X Series instrument. The microscope is exchanged in the same way as an ATR or transmission holder in the sample compartment, without an requirement for adjustment or optical alignment. The excellent throughput allows for highly sensitive measurements for samples as small as 20 microns. The IRT-1000 can be operated from the integrated touch panel and a PC using Spectra Manager™ Suite. Sample is observation is made with an integrated color CCD camera and a 5 inch TFT color LCD monitor and recorded using the imaging function in Spectra Manager™. JASCO’s unique ATOS (Aperture Through Optical System) provides simultaneous viewing of the sample image and sampling location specified by an aperture.
JASCO|150 mm Integrating Sphere for V-700
Integrating spheres measure either the diffuse transmittance or reflectance of a liquid, solid or powder samples. Typically UV-Visible or UV-Visible/NIR spectrophotometers are used to measure the transmittance of a homogeneous, transparent liquid or solid sample. However, when the light is diffusely scattered by samples such as suspended liquid, opaque solid or powders only a small portion of the light reaches the detector. An integrating sphere captures most of the light from the sample offering a more representative measurement of the sample.
JASCO|UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
The V-730 UV-visible spectrophotometer is designed to be simple to use with precise results, with 1 nm spectral bandwidth for high resolution and a linear dynamic range to over 3 AU across the entire spectrum. The wide wavelength range from 190 to 1100 nm offers versatile measurement for many different applications. Spectra Manager™ CFR (for 21 CFR part 11 compliance) is available as an option.
